Sea Angling

Post by TugWilson on Fri Nov 09, 2012 9:05 am

Any sea anglers on here? As someone who has recently become hooked on fishing in the salty stuff wondered if there is any call for a sea angling section?

Hi Tug
I reckon most of us have a play at Sea angling now and again - admit I haven't done it for years but I reckon a Sea section might get the interest going again.

Used to do a lot as a young man, but now sadly It's just pretty much a bi-annual Mackerel bashing job when down south on hols, or the odd trip to visit friends on the Devon coast.
If I had the time and the spare cash, I'd buy another boat in a flash!

I'm loving it - just need to move to the coast and I reckon my freshwater days would be over. Not bullshit, no tackle tarts (aside from which blanks people claim to be using), no named fish, more openness amongst anglers. When was the last time someone walked past you on his way home and handed you his unused boillies?
