World Carp Romania Failure

Post by Danny on Sun Oct 14, 2012 3:40 pm

I was listening to talksport yesterday and Ian Mcmillan was on the show, they were saying that England was taught a lesson, they didnt do no planning regarding the venue and heard that the going bait was a fishmeal...

So they had Mainline apparently make them the best fishmeal available, so much for mainline catching anywhere, but whilst out there they then found that the competitors were using a paste and somehow they managed to get some, they then started to catch immediately.

This just goes to show how England seem to think they have a given right to just turn up and win without any preparation or homework in all our sports we finised 18th in this comp, Keith Arthur was saying that if it had been Match anglers fishing a comp they would of been fishing the venue prior to the competition so they knew what tactics, bait etc works...

Again when it comes down to carp anglers they think just cause they have the so called wonder bait etc its all game set and match, go back to basics learn your water craft and get to know your choosen venue if there is ever a lesson to be earnt its from these so called UK Top Carp Anglers on how not to fail.

I can hear the interview now "We was robbed Brian, robbed. Laughing

Not only did they lose, but they lost in an unsportsman like way, whinging about the pre baiting. What's the old saying; Failing to prepare is preparing to fail"

Get over it losers and move on.

Found this on the web which I found amusing.
